What Fresh Means
Fresh is not the same as a dried decorative wreath that may sit in storage before it is sold.
How the Wreaths Are Packed and Shipped
Each wreath is bagged and packaged to protect the shape, bow, pine cones, and balsam during shipping. The wreath should not stay in the box longer than needed after it arrives.
After delivery, open the box soon and remove the wreath from the packaging. Give the greens room to settle back into shape before hanging it. If the wreath was shipped as a gift, the recipient should open it shortly after it arrives instead of leaving it boxed for several days.
How Long It Lasts
Cool outdoor conditions are best. A shaded front door, covered porch, or cool entry is better than a warm indoor room.
Heat dries the greens faster. Keep the wreath away from fireplaces, heat vents, strong indoor heat, and long direct sun. If the needles feel dry or brittle, the wreath is past its best point.

How soon it arrives depends on the day you order and how far it has to travel.
Once it ships, UPS Ground is usually 5 to 7 business days. For Christmas, that rush runs Thanksgiving through December 15. If you are sending gifts, business orders, or wreaths to several addresses, order earlier so there is time for packing, shipping, and carrier delays. Faster shipping is listed at checkout.

UPS Ground goes to all 50 states. A P.O. box will not work. Enter the shipping address during ordering to confirm the available shipping options, timing, and cost for that location.
