Your sales goals
Before you open orders, decide how much the group needs to raise for a school trip, church youth program, or scout equipment. Write that number on the fundraiser sheet so volunteers know when to stop taking orders.
Rockdale wreath styles
Rockdale Wreaths ships fresh Maine balsam wreaths with classic red bows. Look at your group size and how many families usually buy. Many PTOs and churches start with 25 to 50 wreaths and add a second push if orders keep coming.
Delivery dates
November fills up fast. Open orders in early November, set a hard cutoff about two weeks before Thanksgiving, and plan on 5 to 7 business days for UPS so wreaths arrive before the holidays.
Get organized
Get your team organized and ready. This might include PTO members, church volunteers, or scout leaders. Ask parents and church members to help with sharing the order link and collecting orders. Assign jobs like order collection, tracking payment status, and communication via school email or church bulletin. Clear roles make the process easy and ensure your wreath count is spot on.
Share the link
Share the order link with parents, church members, scout families, and neighbors. Use school emails, church bulletins, and social media. Post pictures of the wreaths and include prices, order deadlines, and delivery details.
Track progress
Keep track of orders and payments. Use a spreadsheet or order form. Make sure to collect buyer names, addresses, and payment status. This insures that things go well when using multi-address order and shipping systems. Don’t forget to note wreath counts from each buyer so you know how many fresh balsam wreaths to order. It’s also a good idea to ask for any special delivery instructions if they’re sending to apartments or odd addresses.
Submit your order
Once you've collected all orders, confirm the total wreath count. Place the order via the website with Rockdale Wreaths. Remember, delivery takes 5-7 business days via UPS, so plan accordingly.
Pickup day
When the wreaths arrive, organize a pickup day. Have a team ready to distribute them, whether at the school gym, church hall, or another local pickup spot. Check each name against your fundraiser sheet so every buyer gets the correct wreath order.
You can also include a short care note reminding buyers to keep the wreath cool, mist it lightly, and enjoy the fresh balsam scent at the front door.
Tell them how you did
After the sale, tell buyers how many wreaths you sold and what the money helped buy, such as the class trip, scout equipment, or church youth program.
Send the update to the same place people received the order link, such as a school email, church bulletin, team message, or printed note.
